I run workshops and trainings based on my experience in visual
ethnography, festival and special events research, cultural landscape
interpretation and screen media production. I can offer the workshops below
or create custom workshops for specific projects.

I have also offered occasional foodways classes on traditional regional
cooking in the American west and in the British Isles. I am developing a new
workshop on historic ranch and fishcamp cooking in California¹s Channel
Islands.
